Michael R. Brown has practiced law in Orange County since 1987. He is an Attorney, a Certified Public Accountant, and holds both a Law degree and a Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University. He is recognized by the California State Bar as a Certified Tax Specialist a designation earned by fewer than 1% of California attorneys. His son Jesse Brown joined the firm in 2012 and completed his legal apprenticeship through the Law Office Study Program in 2025. Together, Brown and Brown bring a depth of experience that serves clients across the full range of tax, business, and estate planning needs.
